Samson Housing Group is part of the wider Samson Group, active since 1998, alongside Samson Homes, Samson Consultants and Samson Space, giving us development, planning, commercial and finance capability under one roof. We are a specialist property provider and Joint Venture partner in social and supported housing, not a housing association: we source, fund, build and manage, and our partners nominate and oversee.
How we work
Operator / Management
We take on management-fee arrangements, running the asset for its owner.
Master-lease
Selective master-lease positions on suitable stock, with SHG carrying occupancy risk.
Packager / Originator
We source and structure deals for institutional partners to fund and hold.
No-disposal policy
We do not sell what it delivers. Every acquisition is structured as a long-term hold or joint venture: our return comes from fees and shared performance, not from flipping the asset.
