Glebe Road

The scheme at Glebe Road was initially refused by the Council before permission for 7 flats was secured at Appeal. By continuing to refine the scheme and identify further opportunities within the site, subsequent amendments increased the development to 9 approved flats, resulting in a £5,000,000 uplift in development value.

The project demonstrates the value of a detailed understanding of planning policy and a willingness to challenge initial outcomes where further development potential can be supported. Glebe Road has progressed from a refused application to a 9-flat approved scheme and is now under construction.
